History and Physical Characteristics:
A single 188 g single stone was purchased in Erfoud, Morocco in August 2007. The fusion crust is very fresh with only minor desert ablation and staining. Petrography (T. Bunch and J Wittke, NAU):
Monomict eucrite breccia that consists of subophitic decorated basalt clasts set in a crushed matrix. The interior is very fresh and the shock level is moderate. Mineral compositions:
Orthopyroxene host pyroxene is Fs62Wo8.3, lamellae are Fs55.8Wo8.3, augite is Fs28.4Wo42. Plagioclase is An88.8 and chromite cr# = 83.
